Please note we have implemented a “DNA” Policy. When a patient misses their appointment, it is referred to as a “Did Not Attend” (DNA). In December 2024, Groby Road Medical Centre had 282 appointments that were not attended. This equates to 4210 wasted minutes of clinician’s time!
Missing 3 consecutive appointments could result in you being removed from our practice list without notice. Please CANCEL your appointments at least 24 hours before via our cancellation line – 07404324649
Reducing missed appointments helps to ensure that clinical time is used effectively and means patients on the waiting list can be seen more quickly.
