Message to all our patients:
- Please make sure you give us up to date contact details so we can contact you by telephone when needed
- We encourage all patient to use online services for repeat prescriptions where possible. Otherwise repeat prescriptions should be put into the letter box situated on the wall just outside the front door of the surgery, please do not enter the reception area.
- We would encourage all patients to have a nominated pharmacy where prescriptions can be sent to electronically from the surgery.
- Please do not come to the surgery for routine enquiries, telephone instead and try at less busy times after 2 pm.
- Please do not order repeat medication early, our policy is that it should be no earlier than 10 days in advance
