Requests for Repeat Medication

1. Please allow 7 days for the processing of your prescription request.
2. This practice only issues prescriptions from an approved formulary. This may mean that you may not get exactly the same medication as you have had previously (i.e. it may be a different brand).
3. The clinician who approves your repeat medication may wish to have a consultation with you.
